REMINDER: New Major Penalty Reporting Form
Submitted By Ian Clyde on Wednesday, October 24, 2018
RE: Penalty #15 or higher on the game sheet.

Reminder -- all major, match and ejection penalties must be reported within 24 hours of the incident OR before the next regularly scheduled game - whichever comes first.  This can be done through the "Major Penalty and Ejection Reporting" form found under the Games & Tournaments Tab.

Please pass on to all Coaches and Managers in your Association.
